At the Johnson project, renewable energy is the key word. Geothermal heating will be the system used to heat and cool the house. There is a lot of trenching happening and the next step is laying the heat exchange loops. Imbue Design spent part of the labor day weekend sweating some structural details; as the week began, a meeting with the contractor solidified these details regarding the steel beams and columns, the trenching, and the next stages of this energy efficient project.
