The design response respects what is already there: the scale of the block, the mature vegetation, the way sunlight crosses the lot. Clean lines and an honest material palette let each home feel unmistakably modern without shouting at its neighbors.

Every project answers the question of how a family actually lives. Rooms gather around daylight and the landscape beyond, outdoor spaces extend the house into the yard, and careful siting turns a familiar lot toward a view, even if that is inward-facing. The work ranges widely, from an off-grid, self-sustaining home to ski-season retreats minutes from the Cottonwood Canyons; the home settles naturally into its place.
