The Lucky John residence is located just minutes from the world renowned ski resorts of Park City, Utah.

The main level is cantilevered above the entry floor, situated to capture views of "the greatest snow on earth" and the mountain slopes that contain it.

Clad in natural stone, corten steel, and ipe wood, the exterior is maintenance free and will only improve in appearance as it gracefully ages. The interior is warmed with tiger wood floors and cherry cabinets.

Coniferous trees along the property line, seen through floor to ceiling windows, create a private, year-round evergreen backdrop for each space in the home - kept green from water rights accessed from a ephemeral stream at the rear of the property, stored in subterranean cisterns.
