Kelly Hannah, owner of Eightline Real Estate, is committed to the idea that his business functions and acts differently than the typical real estate brokerage.  Accordingly, we wanted his office to look and act differently.

Kelly believes that real estate is more about community than property sales.  His vision was to create a space where community neighbors could drop in any time to take a load off, grab a cup of coffee, tap into WiFi, and peruse the interwebs without the pressures of anyone trying to sell them something.  

Like its name, Eightline is all encompassing, not defining where real estate begins and community ends.  Testifying to that sentiment, an undulating ribbon of wood wraps the 'community center', enveloping an internet kiosk, a library and lounge, a back lit collaboration table, and Kelly's work station.
