The footings of our latest project to break ground [the Lucky John Residence] are in place patiently awaiting the structure that they'll bear.  Additionally, the once-irrigation-ditch turned meandering stream has been reworked to reduce water loss and to increase babbling.  Thanks to Garth Hare of Benchmark Modern for your attention to detail and speedy work.  We tip our hats to you.  More to come shortly...
