Relocating from the nearby ‘burbs, the client was looking to downsize from the familial home and enjoy the activity of downtown life.

After finding a centrally located condo overlooking the state capitol building, the two-story space needed to be cleaned up and reorganized for a new resident.

For the owner, home cooking is one manner of entertaining, relaxing and showing affection to family and friends. Draped in natural stone, the kitchen is an anchor for gathering. Paired with an 18’ tall living room and primary sanctuary, the space is truly a retreat in the city.

Joining forces with Dara Modern, the selective finishes throughout this residence are the best of the best. Warm, light and comfortable was achieved through the talent of the entire project team - client, contractor, interior and engineer.

Respite is complimentary to action – a place to relax in small lake city.
