A young and energetic family had big dreams for expanding their existing post-war production home in a quaint yet centrally located Salt Lake City neighborhood, so we couldn’t say no!

Building up and out from the existing footprint tripled the livable space for their growing family while working inside a modest construction budget.

The only way to do it right was to find a team which shared the vision - topped with a roof deck to enjoy the majestic Wasatch Mountain Range paired with tasty adult beverages to enjoy with friends and family - cheers!
